At Sweetheart Apparel, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
